RinnovaMente is a training, information and dialogue programme involving all stakeholders: students, families, economic and social operators and institutions in the area.

Ongoing dialogue with our locations and the people living there, in particular, reveals the importance of encouraging greater knowledge and awareness of the role of renewable energy sources in the fight against climate change and in the realisation of a truly sustainable economic and production system.

The programme includes educational activities in schools, popular Open Days at our locations and other initiatives that provide for active participation by communities, including community funding initiatives through which citizens can invest in the construction of plants in their location and receive a guaranteed and profitable return.

RinnovaMente Days are events designed to bring the tangible experience of the energy transition to local communities. Through days dedicated to learning, participation, and discussion, RWE opens the doors of the Dome, its innovative, energy-efficient structure, to engage citizens, schools, and professionals in a shared journey of knowledge and awareness. The program alternates educational workshops for schools, meetings with industry experts, and interactive activities for all ages.

These events offer a real opportunity to bring communities closer to the ongoing transformation, promoting awareness and understanding through a direct and participatory experience.

RinnovaMente Days are part of RWE’s broader commitment to building, together with local communities, a shared culture of renewable energy—rooted in dialogue, inclusion, and collective responsibility in the fight against climate change.

"RinnovaMente for Schools" is the educational program promoted by RWE to engage students in the topics of the energy transition. Through learning pathways designed for different school levels, the project explores key issues such as renewable energy, climate change, and technological innovation in an accessible and engaging way.

By combining theoretical learning with hands-on activities, "RinnovaMente for Schools" aims to foster creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork, encouraging young people to actively reflect on environmental challenges and the opportunities offered by the professions of the future.

The initiative is part of the broader “RinnovaMente – Supporting the Future!” program, through which RWE reinforces its commitment to spreading a culture of sustainability by engaging with schools and actively involving local communities.
